ALPHEX ENGINEERS tube fittings, composed of a body, ferrule, and nut, are available in both single and double ferrule designs. These fittings provide leak-tight gas closure, offering resistance to vibration fatigue in harsh environments or high pressure applications, and withstanding high and extreme temperatures. Besides, they are easy to install, disassemble, and reassemble in various cases. ALPHEX ENGINEERS tube fittings are available in a range of materials and designs to suit various working conditions.

Key Features:

• Available in Tube Size 1/8" ODT to 1" ODT and 3 mm to 25 mm Tube OD.
• Available in material SS316L. Other Materials such as Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel 625/825 Etc. are available on request.
• Precision machined components ensure perfect deformation of the ferrules and tubing
• Female nut threads are silver-plated to reduce the friction against the body threads
• Radius junction design for elbows provides smooth flow path
• Every fitting is marked with size, material and heat number
• Fittings are easy to disconnect and retighten
• Hardened threads with smooth surface finish avoid galling and help to extend the fitting service life.
