ALPHEX ENGINEERS Safety Relief Valves have been very carefully designed and manufacture for High Pressure Applications.

Key Features / Benefits:

• Available in Material SS316.
• Identifying Coloured Springs for each pressure range.
• Replaceable Springs for variable pressure range. Every Valve is pressure tested.
• Available with Seal Material Viton® as Standard.

Operations:

• The Poppet of Safety Relief Valves opens when the system pressure overcome the set cracking pressure.
• The Poppet of Safety Relief Valves closes when the system pressure goes below the set cracking pressure.
• To increase the cracking pressure of the Safety Relief Valves, simply tighten the adjustment cap clockwise.
• To decrease the cracking pressure of the Safety Relief Valves, simple open the adjustment cap anti-clockwise.

Operating Parameters:

• Pressure Rating : UPTO 413 Bar (6000 PSIG)
• Cracking Pressure : From 3.4 Bar (50 PSIG) to 413 Bar (6000 PSIG)
• Temperature Rating : UPTO 121°C
• End Connection me: 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2" , 1"
• Pipe Threads : 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2" , 1" Male / Female BSP / BSPT / NPT
