Product Overview

Grease fittings are widely used in the oil and gas industry. They are designed to conform to the API 6A (Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment) standard, with rigorous quality management systems to guarantee product quality. ALPHEX ENGINEERS grease fittings include BSG series and BHG series vented cap body grease fittings, LSF series high pressure lubrication and sealant fittings, PIF series packing injection fittings, VFS series body vent bleeder fittings, ICV series internal check fittings, and fittings accessories to meet diverse needs. Products made from NACE MR0175 compliant materials are also available for sour service applications.

Features:

All-metal construction, applicable in both high and low temperature environments.

• Available in Size : 1/4″ , 3/8" and 1/2” BSP / BSPT / NPT Threads.
• Available in Material : SS316/316L, SS304/304L, Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel 625/825 Etc. are available on request.
• Maximum working pressure : 10,000 psig (690 bar)
