Alphex Engineers manufactures high-performance Instrumentation Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Ball Valves designed for compact isolation, venting, and safe maintenance in critical instrumentation and process applications across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, Power, and Process industries.

These valves combine two isolation valves with an integrated bleed/vent arrangement in a compact single-body design, significantly reducing leak paths, installation space, tubing connections, and maintenance requirements compared to conventional multi-valve assemblies. • DIB-1 Configuration : Double piston seats on upstream and downstream sides. Bi-directional sealing on both ends. High integrity isolation arrangement.
• DIB-2 Configuration : One double piston seat with one self-relieving seat. Controlled cavity pressure relief for thermal expansion protection.
