Product Overview

Our High Pressure Needle Valves feature a rotating stem and a bar stock body made of high-tensile 316 stainless steel, with an S17400 stainless steel lower stem. They support pressures up to 30,000 psig (2,068 bar). Metal-to-metal seating ensures reliable shutoff, an extended stem/seat service life for abrasive flow, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability for repeated on/off cycles. A reliable packing gland locking device allows for easy packing replacement. Available with Vee or Regulating stem tips and five flow patterns.
